Day 365: Me, Myself and I

So here I am... its day 365! I started the year wondering if I could take one photo with my point and shoot for one whole year without skipping a day. I did. Mission accomplished! There were some few times when I almost forgot to take a photo, but I managed to find something. Some were good and some were lame. I didnt know how things would come out because I usually dont take a photo everyday. Sometimes I just want to sit and relax and just be normal. 2010 was a little weird. I had my ups and I had my downs. I surrounded myself with walls and I easily dropped them down. The year is ending and my mind continues to wonder about things... why? when? WHY? I try not to stress myself out much about certain things, but I am human. One thing that I have learned about myself is that I am always there for anyone. So you ever need help... then let me know and I will do my best to help you out. I dont expect anything in return. My goal for 2011 is to travel more and I got the perfect gift this Christmas... a traveling bag! I will make sure I use it where ever I go. This will be my last post as the year has come to an end. Last year I stayed home and today I will do the same. So thanks for checking out my blog and hopefully I can come up with something for next year. Stay safe out there and Happy New Years. Day 364: Bubbles

Well here I am... the second to last day. Im glad this is over. Tomorrow Ill write a big blog with my photo cause Im not planning to go out at ALL! Yea call me lame. Whatever.

Day 362: Oh Christmas Tree

Went out to a Christmas Tree recycling story today. I like photos like this one... makes me look all artsy hah

Day 361: Caged

Today I shot some people finishing the ball that will be lowered on New Years eve. Sad to see a friend leave also. The year is almost done and I havent missed one single day. I am proud of myself. I already have some ideas for next year. The only thing is that my project my be private until the end of the year. Will see if I want to even do a project.

Day 360: Sunset

Well what can I say... I will be finishing my 365 year project in five days. Ive had ups and downs. Right now I the only thing in my head is how much I have enjoyed the last three days with a friend. There is so much going on in my head, but I know things are just where they are supposed to be... at least for right now. I am happy to say that this Christmas has been one of my favorite valley Christmas ever.

Day 359: OMG

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG I GOT A HELICOPTER FOR CHRISTMAS.... OMG OMG OMG!!!! Ive been wanting one of these for the LONGEST time and my friends figured it out... how... I dont know. But WHO CARES..... BEST. CHRISTMAS. PRESENT. EVER. THANKS Gonzalez Family!!!!

Day 358: Presents

Went out looking for presents for some friends. I hope they like my presents haha. I love giving people gifts... and I dont really ask for anything back. In other news my sister is prego and if everything goes good, Ill be buying gifts to the kid... SPOILED!!!

Oh one more thing... Christmas eve is the 358 day of the year, unless its a leap year... Interesting!

Day 357: Through the snow

I found this on my friends table while having dinner. Of course its a whole town, but this little guy attracted me... I wonder why. Anyhoo I had a great dinner and I was able to spend some good time with her.

Day 356: Out there

Another... I wish I was traveling around the universe and shooting space photo like this... ok so its not. Its actually at Texas Roadhouse haha. I still kind of like this photo.

Day 355: Looking at the Moon

Spent the morning shooting the moon. In case you didnt know, it was a lunar eclipse and... well Im a space geek. I kind of screwed up the red moon, but of course no one notices it, but me hahah... You can see my photo if you are following me on facebook... if not, then feel free to add me.

Day 354: Waiting

Went out shopping for clothes today. Didnt do much, but I did find a nice light purple dress shirt... now only to find some time to use it.

Day 353: Cook

Had a dramatic morning... so I stayed in today except for dinner. Went out to Hayashi and decided to shoot at 1600 iso. I guess the quality is not that bad. A little grainy, but hey grain is good... sometimes.

Day 352: Hoops

Day 351: Mountains

Ok so these arent moutains... or are they??? No its just a close up of a dirt pile I found during an assignment. I wish I had a blue sky, but it was cloudy. I kind of like this photo. I see mountains, a cave and shadows hah.

Day 350: Pepper

Spent most of my day with Pepper and his fiance Cha Cha Rica today. Interesting couple.

Day 349: Grapefruit

Head out to some people harvesting oranges and grapefruits today. I think this makes pretty good photos. Mehh

Day 348: Ejército Méxicano

Ill admit.. this is kind of a boring shot. I didnt get what I wanted, but its interesting how heavy they are armed. This guy was cool and let me take a photo of him. I think... not sure... that he is from the Army. Mexican of course. I headed to Mexico to cover the President of Mexico and the bridge opening of Donna-Rio Bravo International Bridge. It was interesting. Luckily I had my nice camera compared to what the other media had. I got some good photos.

Day 347: Lights

So I was originally going to put a photo of Gin Blossoms, but I thought it was kind of boring and I would rather have something artsy.. right? mehh The concert was awesome. Ive always wanted to attend small private concerts that are acoustics. Well I had my chance and it was great. The best part... I was sitting right in front. I think I had the best seat in the house haha. Hopefully I can attend/shoot more concerts like the Gin Blossoms.

Oh one more thing... Happy Birthday Taylor Swift =)

Day 346: Tuba

I headed out today for the Tuba Christmas they had in here in town.... and thats all I have to say hah

Day 345: Monkey see Monkey do!

I shot this using my phone as my light source on the monkey. It worked out pretty cool. THis was taken at Thirsty Monkey... one of my favorite places to go hangout. Its not the same as the old place, but will do.

Day 344: Lonely

I saw this shot a while back, but didnt have my camera at the time. This time I did. I dont know why I like it... I just do!

Day 343: Star Power

I noticed someone gave Amber a temporary Star tattoo... Its good that its temporary cause I wouldnt allow a permanent on her hah Im the only one allowed to have tats. Amber has the Star power!

Oh yea... I have to wash Amber... she. is. FILTHY.

Day 342: Vipers

Today was my first Vipers game. I was a little cold, but I warmed up quick. My first gig for the NBA will be next Saturday and Im excited.

Day 341: domus

OK 24 more days till I finish my project. I havent missed one day so far... I cant screw this up. Im getting burned out hah

Day 340: Angel

This is my boy... angel. I didnt even notice his name, I just saw that he wanted a remote control car haha. This should be fun. I havent done this in two years. I dont really have money at the moment, but Im sure this kid will enjoy his presents this year.

Day 339: Outside

With 27 days left... I almost screwed this day up. I forgot to take my camera and almost missed the day... Luckily I was able to get something hah

Day 338: Ghostland Observatory

I head out to the Ghostland Observatory concert and it was AWESOME! They have an awesome light show! Their music is good too and I totally recommend you guys check it out. I was excited to actually get a photo with my point and shoot so I can added it to my Photo A Day Blog. Here you go.

Day 337: Bee

I wish the people on the left werent there. I wonder if it would make this photo more interesting. I love shoot hockey. Im thinking of contacting the NHL and see if I can be there freelance photographer for the RGV Killer Bees. I can shoot some games for them and get paid... ITS ON!

Day 336: Murder

So I get called out to a crime scene. Pretty much what happened here was two guys were smuggling drugs. Border patrol and sheriffs department started a chase and they ended up on the Rio Grande. The was able to get out, but his friend ended up dying on the passengers side. Ive been shooting lots of bodies lately. Weird.

Day 335: Palm Trees

I was sent out to find palm trees for the Ad department. I found this one and thought it was cool, but I also found some silhouettes with a sunburst.
